French Pastries
When your in France its not likely you will be able to pass up all the delicious pastries. There are pastries everywhere in fancy restaurants, grocery stores, and at patisseries. I ended up trying this tray of fruit flavored little treats from the bakery at a store. I was not disappointed these were some of the best pastries I’ve ever had.
Flavors
There were six different flavors:
Passion fruit petite four with lots of flavor and brightly decorated.
Vanilla petite four that had the perfect mix of textures and layers.
A raspberry mousse that was as light and creamy as a cloud.
A cream puff filled with a strawberry mousse that practically melted in your mouth.
Tangerine tart that had a melt in your mouth crust and the perfect amount of tangerine.
Cherry tart topped with three plump sweet cherries and melt in your mouth crust.
