Tourrettes-Sur-Loup is a mountaintop village in France. It is also one of my favorite places in France. Tourrettes-Sur-Loup is not crowed or made for tourists. It is friendly, beautiful, and very unique.

Make sure you stop at Tom’s Ice cream shop while you are there to cool off. Tom’s has a multitude of unique flavors such as violet, rose, grapefruit, and much more. I had a violet ice cream seeing as how I was in the City of Violets. The ice cream was topped with a candied violet. That ice cream was delicious, so make sure you get to try some too!
La Baside Aux Violettes
Make sure you get to go to La Baside aux Violettes while you are visiting. You will get to see how the violets are grown and you will also get to try multiple different types of candied flowers!
